Memorial Day Party out at the lake (Cowan Lake). Try desperately to get caught up on my house so gae and AL can come over for steak. Might go look at a piece of riverview property in Lewis County, KY. Will work out a couple times.

the usual stuff, work, try to catch at least part of one of the Cubbies games, thinking maybe waffles or pancakes this sunday maybe see a movie and catch a little of the Indy 500.

Friday night went out for some apps and a couple glasses of wine. Saturday Night went down to Taste of Cincy, good food, good music, good [img]graemlins/beer.gif[/img] = good time. (Miranda Lambert and Blessed Union Of Sould both kicked some serious booty)
Sinday Night, just kinda chilled at home.
Monday, went to see "Madagascar", really funny. good animation and really good movie. Worked, watch the Cubbies, caught about the last 40 laps of the Indy 500.

With all the pressure of having the house in order for this steak dinner, I caulked the "new" guest bathroom and scrubbed the shower, toilet and sink. I scrubbed the kitchen floor - that took about 2.5 hours - and added a coat of Future. Worked out in the yard, spread a little more grass seed. Tried out new slip covers; will have to return them. Put up new shower curtain. Installed push button switches and fancy switchplate in living room. Scraped paint off 2nd floor hallway window. Vacuumed. Dusted. And it's all still a mess.
I can honestly say I did nothing fun (picnic was cancelled due to weather).
